furkidsay is an online retail brand operated by a business entity located in Xiamen, Fujian, China. We adopt a pure dropshipping operation mode without self-owned inventory. All goods are produced, packaged and shipped directly from our authorized independent manufacturing and fulfillment partners within the United States to domestic US customers. This website only provides online order matching service and does not operate offline physical retail stores in the United States.

2. Product Visual Disclaimer

All product images, renderings, display colors and size reference charts on this website are for reference only. Slight color differences caused by screen display, lighting environment, printing craft and material texture shall not be deemed factory quality defects. We reserve the right to adjust product patterns, sizes and material descriptions without prior notice, and all order production standards shall be subject to the customized information submitted by customers at checkout.

3. Third-Party Fulfillment Liability Limit

All production, packaging and domestic logistics delivery links are independently operated by US cooperative factories and logistics carriers. We will coordinate communication for quality problems, missing packages and damaged goods, but we shall not bear indirect losses such as compensation for mental distress, time cost and travel expenses caused by delayed logistics or minor product imperfections. Our maximum compensation liability for any single order shall not exceed the actual payment amount of that order.

4. Sales Tax Statement

All sales tax displayed and collected on the checkout page is calculated automatically in accordance with the consumer tax laws of each US state based on the customer’s shipping address. The tax amount will be fully submitted to the corresponding state tax authority as required by law, and tax fees are not included in the listed unit price of goods.

5. Custom Content Intellectual Property Disclaimer

When customers upload pictures, texts, portraits, trademarks and other content for personalized customization, the customer warrants that they own complete copyright, portrait right, trademark use authorization and other legal rights of the uploaded materials. Customers shall independently bear all legal liabilities such as copyright infringement, portrait right disputes and trademark complaints arising from unauthorized uploaded content, and shall compensate us for all losses and legal costs incurred therefrom.

6. Website & Platform Disclaimer

This website is built and hosted on the Shopify platform. We do not guarantee that the website access will be completely uninterrupted, virus-free or error-free at all times. Temporary page failure, payment channel maintenance and system upgrade interruption shall not constitute a breach of contract. We are not responsible for the content privacy policy and service rules of third-party jump links embedded in the website.

7. Final Sale Custom Goods Statement

All personalized printed, image-customized, engraved pet products are final sale items. We only provide full no-return refund solutions for orders with verified factory defects, printing errors or shipping damage within the time limit; returns, exchanges and refunds for subjective reasons such as dislike, wrong self-filled information and unsatisfactory vision will not be accepted, which has been clearly stipulated in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Legal Document Hierarchy

This Legal Notice, Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy together constitute the complete legal agreement between us and customers. If there is any conflict between multiple documents, the Terms of Service shall prevail; supplementary rules involved in after-sales logistics shall be subject to the Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
