1. Agreement Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by furkidsay (“we”, “us”, “our”), including all pages, products, checkout functions and customer support services.

By browsing the site, creating an account, or completing any purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity to enter this agreement, and fully accept all rules listed in these Terms, our Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

If you disagree with any clause herein, you are not authorized to place orders or continue using our website services.

2. Business Model Explanation

Furkidsay is an online retail brand operated from Xiamen, Fujian, China. We do not hold physical inventory. All orders are fulfilled via authorized independent manufacturing and fulfillment partners located within the United States.

After you complete payment, we will transmit your order details to our US partners for production and direct domestic US shipping to your delivery address. All packages are shipped from US facilities with no cross-border customs clearance or import duties for US customers.

3. Account & User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login email and password. All orders placed under your account will be deemed authorized by you.
You agree to provide accurate, complete shipping, billing and contact information during checkout. We shall not be liable for undelivered or mis-delivered packages caused by incorrect address input on your side.
You may not use this website for fraudulent transactions, bulk malicious ordering, reselling without written permission, or any activity violating US federal or state consumer laws. We reserve the right to cancel orders, restrict account access and report illegal behavior to relevant authorities if violations occur.

4. Product & Custom Order Rules

All personalized, custom-printed, custom-image pet goods are Final Sale. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be approved due to buyer’s remorse, color deviation from screen display, self-input spelling/photo errors, unsatisfactory size or visual effect.
We only provide full no-return refunds for custom items confirmed to have factory defects, shipping damage or wrong customization printed by our US fulfillment partners, subject to valid photo/video evidence submitted within 48 hours after delivery.
Product pictures displayed on the website are digital renderings for reference only. Minor color, texture and size differences between screen display and physical goods are not treated as quality defects.
We reserve the right to adjust product prices without prior notice. An order is only binding after successful payment confirmation; price changes before checkout shall not be grounds for compensation.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days after payment. Processing delays may occur during holiday peak seasons, and we do not offer compensation for normal production lead times.
All shipments are delivered within the contiguous United States. Delivery time ranges from 2–7 business days, depending on carrier and regional distance.
Once the parcel leaves our US fulfillment warehouse, we cannot modify delivery address or intercept shipments. Any lost or damaged transit packages will be assisted for carrier claim processing, and the final settlement standard follows the courier’s official rules.

6. Payment & Sales Tax

We support third-party international payment channels only. All transactions are processed in US Dollars. Your bank may charge extra currency conversion fees, which are borne solely by you.
Sales tax will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, in compliance with US state tax regulations. All collected tax will be remitted to corresponding state tax authorities as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, artwork, product design and website code on furkidsay are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any of our intellectual assets for commercial use without our written authorization.

You retain ownership of the photos, text and patterns you upload for custom orders. By uploading custom content, you warrant that you hold full copyright or legal authorization for such materials, and will indemnify us against any third-party copyright, trademark or portrait right claims arising from your uploaded content.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages including lost profits, emotional distress, travel expenses caused by product quality, shipping delays or minor visual imperfections. Our total maximum liability for any single order shall not exceed the original order amount you paid.
We do not warrant that the website will operate without interruption, error or virus-free. Temporary site maintenance, system upgrade or third-party payment channel failure shall not constitute a breach of contract.
Our US fulfillment partners are independent third-party contractors. We are not responsible for their labor, operation or separate business conduct beyond order fulfillment coordination.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms and all purchase transactions between you and us shall be governed by the federal laws of the United States and the consumer protection laws of the state where your shipping address is located.

Any disputes arising from orders shall first be resolved via customer email communication at service@furkidsay.com. If negotiation fails, disputes will be settled in the county court corresponding to your US shipping address.

10. Policy Revision

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The revised version will be posted on our website with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our site after revisions take effect means you accept the updated clauses.
